A big congratulations to our resident physician Brian Anderson for receiving the Resident Research Funding Award from the UCSF Clinical & Translational Science Institute! His research project, “Psilocybin-Associated Group Therapy for Demoralization in Long-term AIDS Survivors” investigates the use of psilocybin combined with group therapy in improving the mental health of long-term AIDS survivors.

Win has been an amazing Lab Manager here at the BAND Lab. For the past year she has taken charge in helping our lab grow, and provided guidance for all of us here. She will now be moving forward and attending Albany Medical College this upcoming Fall! The Bonding and Attunement in Neuropsychiatric Disorders (BAND) laboratory is currently seeking a well-qualified post-doctoral scholar to join the team. Starting dates are flexible and applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
